In the 1970’s, Trophy Foods began its expansion into Western Canada. By 1979, Trophy acquired Gold Cup. An acquisition designed to vertically integrate itself and enabling Trophy Foods to expand its production platform to include candy, and chocolate products.

Trophy Foods went on to acquire Vancouver based Pine Nuts, JRI Foods in Mississauga, as well as Krispak and Imperial Snack Foods followed by the purchase of Aliments Lalumiere in Quebec.

Trophy Foods is dedicated to serving consumers and customers nationwide in Canada, with plans for continued expansion.
